In this position, in terms of social media management, I coordinated with the Marketing Manager and other Marketing Interns to create social media contents and track analytics of social media each month.
Workflow: We used a social media calendar (Google Sheets) to plan the contents ahead of time, and utilized Sprout Social to post the contents automatically on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
